EAST BAY SUMMER WIND ENSEMBLE
The East Bay Summer Wind Ensemble was organized in June of 1976 by Founder and Conductor, Lt. Col. Steven Grimo (former Commander/Conductor of the United States Airforce Academy) of Bristol, R.I. as a non-profit, educational community music program to offer residents of the East Bay area of Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts a chance to become actively involved in cultural activities. This year EBSWE celebrates its 50th Anniversary! EBSWE held the first performance of what became the Bristol 4th of July Concert Series on July 3, 1976 on the steps of Colt School. Now in the 49th year, the ensemble is currently led by Mr. David M. Marshall, who is now in his 20th year as the organization’s President and Director. The ensemble ‘s Assistant Conductor is Mr. Ted Rausch of Bands at Portsmouth High School in Portsmouth, RI where the group runs its rehearsals throughout the summer. EBSWE performs a wide variety of concert repertoire including musical genres spanning from Patriotic to Broadway. Movie Music to Traditional and Contemporary Symphonic Literature. Each Summer the group performs throughout the East Bay Area giving community musicians a chance to advance their instrumental music skills in a concert band setting, while entertaining audiences at beautiful outdoor venues.

HEARTLAND RADIO
Heartland Radio plays “The Best Country Music on the Airwaves”. Their live shows are a mix of fun, boot-scootin’ dance songs for everyone that likes to boogie down and the best heartstring-tugging slow songs to share with your lover or significant other. Heartland Radio tells relatable stories about fun, love, honesty, loss and heartbreak that makes country.

The Bristol County Chorus is a non-auditioned community focused chorus, first organized by Joan Roth 44 years ago. Now under the dynamic and engaging leadership of Nicholas Rocha, the Bristol based chorus performs a broad range of classical and contemporary songs and provides a fantastic opportunity for singers who are simply passionate about making music with friends! Members come from diverse backgrounds, but they all share a commitment to keeping the arts alive in the community. We love to sing!

BEAT SALAD
Beat Salad , a fusion powerhouse quartet, ignites stages with their electrifying blend of funk, soul, and groove. George Correira sets the pulse with his dynamic drumming and soulful vocals, while Mike Rubino delivers fiery guitarist licks and smooth vocals. Scott Beauregard anchors the band with his funky bass lines laying down the foundation that is impossible not to groove. Together they are joined by Ron Machado, whose mastery of trumpet, percussion, and EWI Steiner, and unique vocal sounds adds a dynamic layer to their sound. With original compositions, deep covers and fun arrangements, Beat Salad delivers an unforgettable musical experience that transcends genre boundaries and captivates audiences worldwide, leaving them craving for more with each performance.

COLBY JAMES & THE RAMBLERS
Originating in Bristol, RI, for the past ten years, Colby James & the Ramblers have been performing their original acoustic rhythm and blues, soulful rock and roll music to popular venues across the region like the Narrows Center, Boston City Winery, Rhythm and Roots, and the Zeiterion Theater. Frontman and lead guitarist Colby James Costa has earned an outstanding reputation as a powerful and charismatic vocalist that many fans have had the fortunate pleasure to listen to during many summer weekends on local wharfs. Accompanying Colby James is violinist and virtuoso Heather Church one of the most accomplished, elegant, and skilled, professional musicians known to many for her incredible talent. Providing versatility, harmony and groove are long standing bands members James Raiola rhythm guitarist, Leigh Gilbert bassist, and Jay Pacheco percussionist. Colby James & the Ramblers are very excited and honored to be selected to perform at the 241st 4th of July Concert Series Celebration.

JON TYLER TRIO
I was born and raised in Bristol and have been playing music in town since the late 90s. I enjoy playing area establishments, and my material is based on music that I grew up with, and I am passionate about. I have also recently played duo gigs with the incredibly talented Heidi Farmer. Heidi is a singer songwriter with the most amazing harmonies. I am equally blessed to play with the awesome musicians I have come to know over the years. To round out this trio Dan Rapoza local drummer/percussionists will be joining us. All my ventures are very special, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to play music in and around the East Bay and at the 241st4th of July Concert Series.

MR. CHUBB
Known for their electric blend of rock and funk, Mr. Chubb has performed at various venues and festivals in the northeast and as far as the Florida Keys. The band has been together for over twenty-five years without many changes in personnel. With a dynamic lead singer Kim Mchale kicking it and backed by a powerful rhythm section with the Chubb horns you will get off your feet and put your dancing shoes on.

THE BACK BURNERS
Co-founded by legendary guitarist and songwriter Danny “Kootch” Kortchmar (Don Henley, James Taylor, Carol King) and vocal guitarist Rocco DeRosa, The Back Burners are a groove-driven electric blues band built on authentic lineage, seasoned musicianship, and growing regional audience across the northeast. Featuring a powerhouse rhythm section of RI Music Hall of Fame bassist Marty Ballou, veteran drummer Vinny Pagano, and Chicago-blues rooted harmonica player Joel “Harper” Latulippe. Blending classic Chicago and electric blues traditions with a modern edge, the band delivers powerful, song-forward performances shaped by deep groove, real-time interplay, and the spirit of improvisation that has always defined the blues at its highest level.​

ERATOXICA
Portuguese American rock band Eratoxica has been electrifying audiences since 2004 with their high-energy fusion of pop-rock and international musical influence. The award-winning group has performed across the East and West Coasts of the United States, Canada, and internationally in the Azores and Portugal. The band features Bristol hometown hero Bethanie Maduro-Antonio(vocals), Zack Xavier (keyboards), Sergio Anastácio (guitar), Michael Mello (drums), and Cristiano Castelo (bass).

Rhode Island Sound Popular Music Group is the most contemporary sounding group from the Navy Band Northeast.This ensemble entertains audiences with music ranging from rhythm and blues to classic rock. Performing current popular music at high schools throughout New England, Rhode Island Sound also performs public concerts at a variety of venues. Their versatility and showmanship has always kept them in great demand since their inception in 1974.

KARAOKE COMPETITION FINALS
Following six high‑energy pre‑qualifying events at some of Bristol’s most popular venues, six finalists will battle it out live on stage to be crowned the first‑ever Bristol Fourth of July Karaoke Champion.

LOS BURROS
Legend has it that three men riding wild burros throughout the middle of Death Valley stumbled upon a stash of abandoned Mariachi instruments and…Los Burros was born. Los Burros is a powerhouse trio made of three seasoned musicians from southern New England, bringing decades of experience, musicianship and a whole lot of fun to every performance. “Cosmic” Joe Caron (guitarist extraordinaire/lead vocals) has been performing professionally from the age of 15, touring the U.S. with bands including The Jimmy Carter Show/Run 21/F-Sharp and local favorites such as Touch, Band of Brothers and Trinity-CSNY Tribute. Michael Crabtree (bass guitar/guitar/piano/lead vocals) is another longtime fixture of the RI/MA music scene, most recently performing as a multi-instrumentalist with Trinity-CSNY Tribute. Tom Laureanno (percussion/vocals) is a veteran performer with bands like the Flying Laureanno Brothers and Bad Penny. His dynamic percussion and soaring vocals are the backbone of the trio and help deliver a driving rhythm section along with a tight three-part harmony. Los Burros brings classic rock to life with energy, humor and musicianship that must be experienced and leaves you wanting more.
ANDRE & THE GIANTS
Andre & The Giants is a high-energy band led by Bristol native Andre Arsenault, known for bringing people together through great songs, strong musicianship, and a laid-back, fun-loving vibe. Blending rock, pop, and crowd favorites from across the decades, the band delivers a show that feels just as at home at a summer concert series as it does in packed local venues. Backed by a lineup of seasoned local players, The Giants feature Tom Hanson on electric guitar, Mike Crabtree on keyboards, Eric Leffingwell on bass, and “The General” Scott Grimo on drums. MOTION AVENUE
Motion Avenue delivers an exciting blend of pop, rock, funk, soul and dance music. Coyote Brass Band, Battle Rhythm and Commander’s Tonic each bring a distinct flavor yet are united under the Guard mission to show the Ocean State their National Guard is “Always Ready, Always There!”

DAVID TESSLER'S ALL-STAR BAND
David Tessier is a critically acclaimed, award-winning guitarist, composer and actor from Providence, RI. MICHELLE SAYLORS BAND
Singer, songwriter, guitarist Michelle Saylors, was born in Middle Tennessee, where she spent her childhood on a 30-acre family farm. Early musical influence includes Gospel, Bluegrass, country, and Memphis blues. Michelle is self-taught on guitar and mandolin. Living in Rhode Island since 2009, and Bristol since 2020, Michelle aims to write, create and perform music that reflects her Nashville inspired roots. Her songwriting is rooted in the space between small town Tennessee and coastal New England.

TIMELESS
Timeless plays music from throughout the rock era, from the Beatles and Steely Dan to Johnny Cash and Morgan Wallen.
In addition to covers, Timeless is also working on new original music. Over the years, the boys have played numerous venues throughout the northeast, including the Newport Jazz Festival, Hard Rock Boston, Ballard’s Block Island, Bally’s Twin River Casino, Sotheby’s New York, as well as countless public and private events. Timeless provides a fun and energetic atmosphere in venues small and large with music you can and sing and
